Scenes from Santa Saturdays

Shoppers and visitors to Downtown Racine during the first three Saturdays in December heard a lot of “ho-ho-ho” as Santa visited Monument Squar.

In addition to Santa, live reindeer and Mrs. Claus joined him to meet and greet visitors.

Pictured (above) are dancers from Racine Gymnastics who performed at Monument Square on December 6.

An outstanding snow sculpture was created at Monument Square.

The kids all loved Santa!

Pictured (above) is Santa outside of his Chalet on Monument Square and the Balsam Wreath Christmas tree lot which was offered fresh trees, wreaths, kissing balls and centerpieces.

Children also enjoyed visiting with Mrs. Claus.

2008 Winterfest Tree Raffle Winners Announced!

Downtown Racine's 2008 Winterfest Tree Raffle featured a public display of 26 beautifully decorated trees which were on display in businesses throughout Downtown.

On Saturday, December 20, the winning names were drawn the lucky winners were contacted to pick up their trees just in time for Christmas.
