Financial assistance is available to Downtown business or property owners for the rehabilitation of their commercial facades.
  • The City of Racine's Commercial Façade Grant Program provides financial assistance for the improvement of existing commercial properties within a target area. This program will provide a grant for 50% of the cost of eligible improvements up to a maximum grant of $7,500.  Download the City of Racine Facade Grant Application and Attachments.
