DRC is a comprehensive, incremental Downtown revitalization program with areas of activities and programs including retail and special events, design and business development services as well as creating a partnership culture among stakeholder organizations.

Downtown Racine Corporation is the Voice of Downtown Racine, facilitating, coordinating and catalyzing efforts to enhance the image and functionality of Downtown, attracting new businesses, residents and visitors.

Downtown Racine will be one of the Midwest's most unique and vibrant lakefront community centers, welcoming a diverse population of residents and visitors for daily experiences that span the spectrum from the arts to outdoor recreation.
